What You'll Learn
Students will practice flowing yoga sequences, breath-to-movement coordination, standing and balancing postures, flexibility exercises, and mindful transitions. The class helps improve mobility, strength, endurance, concentration, and overall well-being while creating a sense of flow and balance.
What You Need
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and arrive a few minutes before class begins. An open mind and willingness to move with your breath will help you get the most from each session.
