Founded in 2016 by Naomi Chen, our studio was built on the belief that yoga, taught with presence and care, can transform lives. Our mission is to make that transformation accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Our Story

Born from a

moment of stillness

In 2016, Naomi Chen was a burned-out marketing director in London. After a back injury left her unable to run — her only stress outlet — a friend dragged her to a 6am yoga class. She never went back to marketing.

What began as one class a week became a 200-hour teacher training in Mysore, India. Then a 500-hour advanced certification. Then a small pop-up class in her living room for seven friends. That living room class now reaches 4,800 students across 62 countries.

Naomi Yoga was built on a refusal to compromise: every class is live, every instructor is certified, and every student is seen as an individual — not a subscriber count.
