About This Class
Stretch & Recovery is geared towards the recovery of your body from stress and fatigue accumulated during the day. By stretching slowly, using mobility drills, and relaxing your muscles, you will increase your flexibility and be able to move more freely. The classes will be held in a relaxed setting where you will restore the balance and feel recharged.

What You'll Learn
The students will engage in full-body stretching exercises, recovery exercises, body flexibility exercises, breathing practices, and relaxation practices. This class can help relax muscles, correct postures, enhance mobility, and ensure physical recovery.
What You Need
Dress in loose and comfortable clothes that permit ease of movement, and bring along your yoga mat and a bottle of water. You may use other aids like yoga blocks or mats to facilitate stretching and relaxation.
