About This Class
Mobility Yoga is a fusion of yoga asanas, movement, and mobility training that helps to enhance joint range of motion as well as improving the overall quality of one's movement. Mobility yoga trains individuals on how to use their strength in motion, while at the same time becoming flexible, coordinated, and stable.

What You'll Learn
They will be involved in activities such as joint mobility exercises, dynamic stretches, controlled movements, balancing exercises, stretches for enhancing flexibility, and body awareness activities.
What You Need
Dress in comfortable and flexible athletic attire, bring along your yoga mat, and a water bottle. Arrive at least a few minutes early for the class. Having an open mind and a willingness to go through the mobility exercises will go a long way in ensuring that you benefit from every class.
